Therefore, hope that this project can bring the advance technology method, reduce the cost to maintain and improve the ability to make profit. for the automatic management of the electricity system of Gui Zhou.Depending on the practical demand of co-operation company, considering the relative questions during carrying out and taking advantage of 514 method , we'll to manage network send the reliable and present message to the persons to manage network after analyzing and dealing with the network and breakdown in formations of electricity data net of Gui Zhou, and will store all the alarm messages. This project mainly contains 3 parts, which are the message system to call alarm message of system to store and copy and message system to receive and send, them the message system to call alarm is to build syslog servant, which directly collects the alarm message from electricity data net of Gui Zhou through 514, the message system to copy and store is according to designed message divided principle ahead of system to receive and send is to dispose a message hardware net switch and a software IP net receiving switch, through the agreement of CMPP3.0 SGIP1-2 and SMGP3.0 and send message or receive message to the users from Communication Company Unicom and Telecom.This project considered enterprise's actual operation cost, full use existing technical equipment and transmission line; Considered the data the security, exerted oneself has designed the data redundant performance, maximum limit reduced the data appears the loss and the disorder probability in the collection and the transmission process. According to the system demand analysis, this project has realized the following three functions: One, can promptly accurately catch the network management information which transmits from the Guizhou electric power data network. Two, carries on analysis processing to the capture breakdown information, including information partition and memory. Three is processes real-time after the information by the handset short note way, the reliable transmission to the network management personnel handset on. This article emphatically from the information capture, the information processing as well as the information transmission and so on three aspects introduced this system research and development process, has in particular carried on the careful thorough elaboration to the system logical design.
