As the persistive advancement of internet technologies and the enhancing uptrend of the inosculate between different networks, the IP Networks has gradually undertaked many business which were all based on the traditional PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) and the TV Networks; Especially, the VoIP applications which based on Internet get an amazing rapid development.The composition gives a short introduction about the VoIP technologies and emphasizes that VoIP's rapid development makes great efforts to syncretizing the voice and digital business between the PSTN Networks and the IP Networks, which means that the VoIP systems has a wonderful foreground in the future. Besides, the composition gives more details about the key technologies which maintain the VoIP systems, among which there is Codecs Technology, which the composition has done deep reserch to and can be not only used as the direct theoretical principles about the DSP solution but also used for reference to the VoIP reserchers. The composition also gives summary description about the design framework of the VoIP systems, based on which the researchful topic of the composition has been pointed out, which actually is based on ZSP500 (a kind of DSP processos) how to find out a basic effective scheduler in order to maintain voice business in the VoIP systems.The compositon demonstrates the design details of the whole DSP Software Scheduler from those aspects as which as the Overall design, Significant Data Structs, Specific implementations of different modules, etc. The compositon divides the Top layer of the DSP Software Scheduler into two parts: the Bottom Polling Assignments and the Interrupt Control, whereupon divides into four key modules as the Bottom CODEC Module, the Data API Module, the 10-ms Interrupt Control Module and the Msg API Module, and then gives detailed explanation and diagrammatic presentation about the modules'design details. The most important difficult designs of the DSP Software Scheduler are below: the Dynamic Management of the system Memory, the Conference Rooms'Mechanism in order to maintain the 4 users'talking, and the Msg API Module's Implementing. The compositon not only puts great efforts to describe the Detailed Designs, the Manipulation Programs, Significant Data Structs of those modules, but also compares the solutions to other traditional solutions in the industry, giving analysis about the strongpoints of our solution.Besides, the compositon describes the pivotal links that can guarantee the whole DSP Software Scheduler to be success, which is about how to emulation and verify the Software. The process can be acted as two steps: the Inner Modules tests and the System Tests between the whole VoIP Gates. Meanwhile, the compositon reviews some typical problems encountered among the testing, including two parts as the problems'Appearances and the Debugging Analysis.There are synthetical analysis about the actuality of the VoIP systems in the end of the compositon, whereupon the compositon discuss the strongpoints of this DSP Software Scheduler as which as higher agility, much expandable capability, higher quality, lower cost, much easier upgrading, easier maintenance,etc. Meanwhile, the compositon points out the deficiency of this Software Scheduler, which can be helpfull to the future's upgrading .
