| With developing of the information technology,using the modernized technology to realize reasonable distribution and scientific management of the water resource is main part of water management information construction.Now,as a digital mobile communication network,GSM is the most perfect,most mature and extensive communication system.The short message wireless transmission technology based on the GSM has the merits such as timely transmission,far operating range,low bit error rate and low cost.So it has been extensively used in the fields of the water conservancy,electric power,environmental protection,traffic,gas and natural disaster.This study introduced the distance intelligent data acquisition and the GIS technology in the water management in rural water management area, and probed the advanced pattern and technology in agriculture water management,which effectively provided quantitative basis for scientific using water.By collecting and sorting large amount of technical data home and abroad and investigating the specific circumstances,the paper suggested to integrate the GIS module, network,GSM communication,Serial Communication and relational database technologies, and applied to Scheme of control management to realize the agriculture water metering, distance data acquisition and supervise the agricultural irrigative water remotely.Using these technologies as well as computer technology,different water-consuming points could be supervised visually,and transfer the information to GIS platform of service center.It has resolved the problem of internal and external data access of GIS successfully.It's simple and economical,it also no need additional equipment.The system architecture using client/server mode(C/S mode),Better solution can resolve the problem of user rights,software management,and data management and synchronization issues.The Server use Microsoft SQL Sever 2000 database software to provide data for the client.The client combined with the Visual C++ development environment and the MapObjects module to Secondary development of the software.Through the application of demonstrations,the system provides a fully functional system of water management and achieves the unification of the Beijing underground water management,uniform charging,and scientific decision-making.Through the application of demonstrations,the system provides a fully functional system of water management and achieves the unification of the Beijing underground water-management, uniform charging,and scientific decision-making. |
