| In this paper, the video signal processing was analyzed and the video decoder algorithm was studied in-depth. On this basis, a simulink algorithm simulation platform and a mixed-ADMS simulation platform were builded in order to develop the NTSC, PAL and SECAM standard digital video decoder chips with their own intellectual property rights and high cost performance. The content include: digital video decoder algorithm simulation, digital/analog mixed-signal simulation, and digital video decoder chip test.This issue so as to the actual engineering design and development-oriented, supplemented theoretical studies, focused on digital video decoding algorithms and chip design,digital/analog mixed simulation.First, a digital video decoder chip was developed: a comprehensive and systematic digital video decoder chip system architecture was set up, including a detailed video signal color and brightness process, horizontal phase-locked loop which were the key components of algorithm process, and this several key components of algorithm were optimized. The video decoder chip testing showed that the chip had met the design requirements. This work of digital/analog mixed-signal design may be the example of the successful chip design. The design and construction of the algorithm simulation platform, digital/analog mixed-signal simulation platform, FPGA verification platform has a wide range of reference values.Second, the algorithm based on simulink simulation platform: an algorithm simulation platform based on simulink was builded. The video signal decoder model, color process model, brightness process model and horizontal phase-locked loop model and the control system were designed, and the results of the simulation system as a whole were showed, which guiding the next step of logical design.Finally, ADMS mixed-signal simulation platform: a system based on the ADMS mixed-signal simulation platform. Basic analog componet including: clamp circuit, PGA,A/D,D/A,low-pass filter,comparator and pll, which were described using verilog-a anguage. The results of mixed-signal simulation were showed,which guiding the analog circuit design. |
