Deeply analyze the mechanism and demand of storage back-up system.Then, put forward an optimized plan,to draw into virtual tape library technique.This thesis has three research achievements:A.Build up a management standards for period of data validity,by the definition of data and life cycle management,effective control of data backup to ensure that the system-level data and business-class data integrity,availability and recoverability.Applications to optimize the storage structure reduce waste of resources;effectively control the scale of online data to improve the production efficiency of data access and improve the overall storage system efficiency and effectiveness,and also to meet the laws and regulations and related regulatory requirements. B.The existing data storage system of Bank for data backup storage management laid a good foundation,through analysis the existing data storage systems of Bank to understand their value.According to analysis the insufficient demand for current situation,this thesis put forward an optimization program based on the original system.To make up the disadvantage of performance and capacity in original system,by improve the Tape,disk and automated tape libraries.C.To apply the Virtual tape library technology into the data storage system is greatly increase the storage capacity of the system volume,and make full use of existing technology.Cause of using the magnetic disk instead of magnetic tape,it greatly reduce the quantity of magnetic tape, save the resources,release the medium management.Highly speed up back-up course reduces the infection towards the server during the process of back-up.Decrease the whole costs,and increase investment return.
