The continuing development of modern wireless communication technology asks for increasingly high performance for RF module. High-performance, low cost and miniaturization have become important developments direction of current microwave/RF field. Aviation, aerospace, radar systems, individual soldier intelligent weapons and airborne radio system, etc. request high performance and miniaturization microwave devices. Microwave filters are an essential component in microwave system. Therefore, the research on miniaturization of filters is very important.Among the many new technologies, using LTCC technology to design passive components has many advantages than other technologies. In this paper, we analyzed the band-pass filter design methods by using LTCC technology, which is the most in commonly used in microwave/RF passive components, and develops four band pass filters used in the different microwave systems. These filters have smaller sizes and better performances, and this is the important part of National Natural Science Fund (No.60671038) "Fundamental research based on the package of Digital Beam Forming RF systems".In this paper, we design four bandpass filters with center frequencies of 16.25GHz, 9.0GHz,1.42GHz and 1.68GHz at the same time, which cover the Ku-band, X-band and L band. Because of the time limitation, we only process the two filters with center frequency of 1.42GHz and 1.68GHz for the moment. These filters have the advantages of ultra-small volume and high-performance, the measure results and the structure meet the application requirements very well, and have been mass produced and put into use.
