As an encouragement for self-owned business, the entertainment program Win in China broadcasting on CCTV2 channel, designed by senior producer Lifen Wang, sets a series of business competition to select the most capable five stars out of 120,000 candidates judged by a jury composed of well-known entrepreneurs. A national tide of new undertaking and the attention of media are highly raised after the broadcasting of the program. This program has become the elite from the alike with a deep influence on the business concept of this nation.This paper includes four chapters with the introduction and the conclusion. The introduction gives an account of the significance, influence, professional comments of this theme and my writing plan of this paper. The first chapter focuses on the economic and social background of this program with an analysis of the concept WINNER put forward by the program. Chapter II illustrates its selection system from the light of concept confirmation. Chapter III discusses the TV symbolization of image expression by specific cases. Chapter IV devotes to a detailed analysis on the influences of this program and its deficiencies from the view of relative theories of the Communication Studies. A summary to the traits this program is offered at the end for the further theoretical reference.
