With the development and popularity of computer science, quite a few large and small enterprises have built their own information systems because security of information is directly related to their construction of information system. The thesis is addressed primarily to an all-around analysis of how to build a secure information system, and practically suggests some suitable methods and techniques to insure the information security of networkTo begin with, the thesis introduces the background and the present situation of research in the field of information security. Then, the concept of information security and the model of information security system are briefly dealt with. The safely developing frame of information of enterprises is also presented. In doing so, the overall goal and basic principles of information security are confirmed. A detailed survey is given of the safety strategies that the enterprises can adopt and the popular techniques of safe network. Furthermore, an in-depth analysis and assessment are made concerning the current network and major hidden dangers in safety in Huaxia Valve Limited Corp, on the basis of which, a thorough analysis of the need of safety is also made. Finally, by utilizing various network security techniques, a feasible solution to information security is designed for safety demands of different types.According to the solution, the original information system has been improved, and a basic platform has been set up which is more suited to the information security in Huaxia in the long run. The safety of the working equipment is increased by upgrading the techniques. The IDS system is alertly aware of attacks. The waterwall system effectively avoids leaking the classified data of the business and monitoring the staff surfing. The technique of digital signature enhances the safety of the file transmission. The anti-virus system scans, real-time and intelligent. All the above-mentioned measures ensure to keep the network of the enterprise under the protection at any moment. In addition, other measures are also taken such as a patch distribution system, the server equipped with safety provisions, and strengthened safety regulations. In the thesis, an exploration and explanation is also expounded about the result of the employed key techniques.
