| With the development of technology, the technology of mobile communication is increasingly used in other areas. In the context, people are more and more discontent to mobile communications technology which is only used for calls and so on, but to be more fully applied to other areas of mobile communications technology. Thus based on the development of mobile platform application, it gradually has more market demands.This paper is aimed at the demand for mobile digital libraries and achieves the digital library system in the context of mobile users. And that is the mobile library management system. The following points are the main content and features of this research.Firstly, it analyzes the status of mobile development at home and abroad. Then it studies and analyzes the NET Compact Framework, the environment of mobile development. It aims at the Windows Mobile, the systems of mobile devices, and then discusses the Windows Mobile-based development framework. On this basis, it proposed the basic functions of Mobile library management system which is based on Windows Mobile. It introduces the data model and communication model of mobile library in detail. A book expiry e-mail and short message automatic warning expended the original functions of library management system,and was helpful to improve the management and service of the library. Finally, it aims at the current status of digital library, and proposes implementation plan based on Windows Mobile and then puts the theory into practical projects. In the realization of the system, it uses the traditional client/server architecture, and chooses Visual Studio 2008 as the development tools, and then completes the development of this system. The design of the system interface is friendly and it has powerful functions and favorable commonality. It's also easy for people to use and maintain. In various applications, it optimizes the lack of the mobile devices and helps the users to use more swimmingly. |
