The Armed Police Force is an important armament that carries the tasks of protecting national security and supporting social stability. With the rapid development of the construction relating to Armed Police Force, the demand for the barracks property and utensils is increasing sharply. Correspondingly, there exist tasks including data collecting and inputing, information statistics and analysis. The traditional management patterns are not suitable for the situation, and greatly weanken the efficiency of the department of the barracks management. Thus applying the information-based management means to the management works of the barracks property and utensils is an important issue at present. It has great meaning for increasing the logistic supply ability of the Armed Police Force.Based on the practical need of the systemic construction and combining the current state of the management of barracks property and utensils, The thesis analyses the requirements of the barracks property and utensils management system, details the design of the system, and realizes the functions of the system, as well as the testing of the system.The system is base on the existing 3-tiers network of Armed Police Force, utilizes the Browser/Server architecture, and developes the system by using ASP and SOL Server database. The system implements main functions of the management of barracks property and utensils, such as the authority setting, data inputing, data collecting and stactics, as well as data inquiring and forecasting.The system has already been in used in Chongqing Armed Police Corps. It carries out the overall, dynamic and real time management for the barracks property and utensils. The system has shown its value in the promoting of the application.
