With the speedup of the process of the world economy globalization and integration, the national trade barriers had been broken. Especially after the joining in the WTO, the Chinese enterprises were exposed to the severe competition of the international enterprises. During the procession ,the badly shortage in the admin ideas,methods and tools makes the Chinese enterprisers walk out the door and learn the advanced experience and tools of management, the adhibition of the ERP system is the most impression to the Chinese corporations.ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is built on information technology infrastructure shangji information on hardware and software in the integrated enterprise resource management system, its operation can effectively contribute to the implementation of the modernization of enterprise management, scientific and information technology, it is the development trend of global business integration lies. This management approach is hard to imagine being in a rate of China's enterprise applications and developed.In this thesis, Hualian Sunshine Petrochemical ERP project in the implementation of the study discussed the implementation of ERP enterprise of the general process and steps to use SAP for their ERP system configuration to achieve the method and process are discussed. Through the needs analysis to determine the material, financial, including the demand of each module to determine the key processes, in this based on a blueprint for the design, and through re-configuration of the ERP system to achieve the Hualian Sunshine Petrochemical ERP system, the initial design goals.The research result reveals that: although the ERP system has more request in the hardware and software, such as the finance,technology and human resource, it puts the business process together tightly ,and realizes the value-added. It makes the stock|,production and sell react to the market immediately , ERP system is worthy of reference and study.
