Overall, the audit project management, others can learn from the experience of foreign countries, China in this field is not yet mature, and lack of scientific guidance and technical support in improving the auditing quality and controling the audit risk.In this paper, by combining the example of project management in the field of quality management, cost analysis and method of risk management is introduced to the audit project management. Project management in the cost of the audit, risk, quality, on the basis of quantitative analysis of accountant's firm the audit project management system is built. Furthermore,under the guiding ideology of project management system, the information system of project management is designed which would comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of the accountantsThis paper is divided into six parts. The first part of this paper, mainly talks about the background and significance of this paper, and puts forward the research methods and ideas of this paper. The second part of this paper describes the theory basis of project management of auditing. The third part through analyzing the information management system of ZeRui accountant's firm, and probes into the design of the project management system. The fourth part of this paper describes of the design scheme of the project management system .The fifth parts mainly expounds the system software design and realization of the functions and contents of the testing system.The sixth part mainly expounds the verification and evaluation of this system.The development tool of management system is C# and development tool is Visual Studio .NET, and DBMS is SQL Server 2005.
