| With thinking much of environmental protection and large range of execution of electric power plant flue gas desulphurization, project management and design optimization problems emerges with advancing technology of"Chimney and Cooling Tower in One". On the guide of project management theory and ideology, this article analyzes project management methods for advanced"Chimney and Cooling Tower in One"desulphurization project with process optimizing methods of project management. This article analyzes the requirements of every process of project and put forward the request for developing and optimizing design soft ware.At present, there isn't a complete and suitable optimizing design soft ware for"Chimney and Cooling Tower in One"FGD (flue gas desulphurization) system in China. The traditional handwork calculation method is still used in design calculation and work condition validation. Considering of this,this article relies on practical implementation of the project process of Huaneng " Chimney and Cooling Tower in One " , from tender stage, the design phase, purchasing and engineering phase, the four stages to analyze the various stages of project management for the " Chimney and Cooling Tower in One " FGD project and sum up some experiences, in order to provide the needs for the process optimization software. This article proposes a visible and easy for study and use optimizing soft ware combining requirements of project. According as power plant FGD design criterion, flatting for VC++, the software establishes calculation mode for FGD key elements, such as analysis of coal elements and coal industry, optimizing calculation of coal heat and silo volume, selection of boosting fans and pumps, expansion quantity of material, flowing speed of pipes, quantity of gas. The software developing process bases on definition of problems, feasibility study, requirements analysis, collectivity design, specification design, coding design and integrity design for testing, operation and maintenance.The software includes three module consist of 17 sub-modules, It can realize three functions, as follows, flue gas resource -coal industry factor, optimizing analysis for heat exchange quantity, optimizing design decision for equipments and optimizing design analysis for flue gas flux simulation data, this software can optimize the full process of technical design and project management for" Chimney and Cooling Tower in One " FGD project. The software flatting for Visual C++, which has easy operation interface, reasonable function setup, high veracity can decrease work quantity for technical design and project management and improve work more efficiently.Finally, this article conducts validation-operation analysis by using optimizing design software on Dalian project to improve the software function and later phase operation maintenance. This analysis provides practical optimizing design software for same type project technical design and project management. |
