With the rapid development of technology progress and international trade.The world economy has breakthrough the limitation of the countries and regions to a great extent, the relationship between each other is increasingly close and dependency. There is an obvious trend of internationalization. Automobile industry is one of the important driving forced for the world. Enterprise internationalization is inevitable. In the world wide, automobile industry is the earliest implementation of globalization strategy that is one of the most global department. As the world’s leading auto maker, Volkswagen is the typical template of transnational operation. In such a background, the research on the establishment of the subject, hope that through the study of the development of the Volkswagen group international operation, with the help of references. We use a variety of analysis methods of the Volkswagen group international operation, analyzing related problems. Then finally we provide some revelations for the development of automobile industry in China.
