| Land is the basic element that we rely on for our survival and development. Because of the development of our country’s urbanization, the rapid expansion of urban population quickly and the wide exhibition of urban space constantly, the demand for land is growing, and the contradiction between people and land becomes more and more prominent. Various city land use problems are emerging constantly. The reasonable proportion of urban funeral land is one of them. On the one hand, the scale of urban funeral land grows quickly; on the other hand, “cemetery crisis†appears in some cities because of insufficient cemetery supply. In fact with the development of urbanization and the arrival of aging society, the embarrassing situation that “the dead and the living fight for land†has already appeared in our country. However, the funeral land problem in our country has not cause enough attention. It’s true that in the field of land science there lacks of a system to judge the situation of funeral land use, even lacking of comprehensive amount combing for funeral land scale and study about related factors.Based on this, we try to analyze the date of the country’s urban funeral land from 2009 to 2013, in order to find out the status of urban funeral land. Results show that: Firstly, there exist differences about urban funeral land use among different areas. As the city level grows, the proportion of the funeral land in special land decreases. Secondly, there exist differences about urban funeral land use among different areas. Funeral land use in middle area increases quickly, while the east area not; different levels of city have different range and speed, the highest of both is the town level. After using Grey Correlation theory to analysis the factors that influence funeral land, it is found that the funeral land is a problem not only about land use, but also about population, economic growth and industrial structure adjustment. Quantitative analysis on urban funeral land and related factors in scientific method is helping to get reason for urban funeral land changes with deeply analysis and system interpretation. And it’s also the basics to build index system in further rationality study.This paper is only a preliminary exploration to funeral land use problem, in order to make it clear that the situation and trend of funeral land and do some study about factors. Because of the limits of date source and paper length, we can’t make a deeper study now. It is hoped that this paper can attract the society especially the land academia’s attention to urban funeral land, and open up research perspective and ideas of rational utilization of funeral land, promote the research work of urban funeral land and rational use of urban land. |
