The world economy is moving in the direction of integration, with China’s accession to WTO, more and more foreign companies to invest in China. The domestic market is extremely competitive. After years of development, Uniqlo has great achievements in terms of international operations, and strong competitiveness in the international community promoting the Japanese economy and the world economy prosperity and development. By studying Uniqlo international business course, to analyze its international operations of motivation and study its access to international markets model and international business strategy choices, summed Uniqlo international operations in product development, SPA business model, marketing, store management and other aspects of experience, and through analysis Uniqlo in our development process and operating characteristics, combined with domestic and international environment, draw inspirations which is about Uniqlo International Business Operations for China’s garment enterprises. To improve its competitiveness,Chinese enterprises must integrate the technology, personnel, management, capital and other resources within the worldwide, competing against foreign companies in the word market and carrying out the path of internationalization. Thus changing our local garment industry is currently facing survival predicament in high inventory and sales fell.
