Analysis Of EQ 's Role In Leader' S Choice

At present, the development of China has placed itself in the pattern of the advancement of world, social patterns has been changing, and uncertainties of leadership decision has been increasing, the discretionary theory is not constrained by fixed program, the core idea of making concrete analyses of concrete problems becomes meeting point of discretionary and Leadership decision-making, based on this, we propose the concept of the discretionary of leaders.Human sensibility and rationality coexist, therefore, the impact of emotional intelligence factors in the choice of leader camera can not be ignored. In recent years, emotional intelligence in the decision-making has aroused more and more attention. On May 14, 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Tianjin,and stressed that emotional intelligence is very important. In view of this, this paper runs through the meaning of emotional intelligence of leaders and discretionary of leaders, and characteristics and processes of discretionary of leaders, and focuses on analyzing the effect of emotional intelligence in four processes of the leader discretionary, thereby, exploring the way of exerting the function of EQ in leader discretionary effectively from two aspects- strengthening leader’s EQ Training and focusing on the use of emotional intelligence.
