Enterprise development strategy is an all around design, decision making and command organization for the future development of the enterprise long-term. D Meat Industry Group is a private enterprise ofproduction and processing of beef and mutton-oriented, its branded products in terms of quality and reputation in the same industry leading position, becoming China’s famous beef and mutton production and processing enterprises. After entering the 21 st century, as most of the businesses in the same industry to take measures to increase financial investment product line, making d Group met an obvious threat to the meat industry. This paper analyzes the D meat industry group external environment, points out is in a favorable macroeconomic environment conducive to business growth and the micro-environment. Then analyze its internal conditions, the D meat industry is facing more opportunities to make a group, there is a threat, highlighting the advantages, the development prospects of the strategic position of the basic assessment. After that, the paper establishes the company’s development –the Scheme of Integreted Development Strategy of D Meat Industry Group. Its characteristic is the strategic task of multiplicity, comprehensive and strategic combination of strategic means of collaborative. Finally,the paper puts forward to enhance and guarantee the implementation of the strategy of related measures and suggestions.
