With the rapid development of power industry, the increasingly fierce market competition, how to market the effective marketing strategy to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to become the industry sustainable development should focus on the problem. This paper take the electric power market marketing related theory as the basis, discusses the H of Heilongjiang province electric power company marketing situation and existing problems. Through the analysis of PEST and SWOT, and further made clear working target system of H company’s marketing, and puts forward the implementation of differentiated marketing subdivision of market power, perfect products and services, from tariff concessions to the consumption preference, expand channels and update promotion marketing strategy and a new hierarchical marketing system, optimization of the marketing activities of the business control, perfect information system, create a marketing team and other strategic safeguard measures. In this paper, for improving the marketing level of H electric power company, strengthen the core competitiveness, has an important significance to improve the economic benefit and social benefit.
