A Study On The Dilemma Of A Company 's Transformation

Along with the telecom charges reduced, telecommunications equipment supplier profit rate began to drop. As a telecom equipment supplier Ericsson starts to control costs and change the outsourcing model from human recource outsourcing to project outsourcing. A.company is Ericsson’s Authorized Resource Provider.As profit model changed, the old mode of management and staff working mode has been unable to fit the current needs. Now we need a new management theory to help A. company throughing the difficulties. My paper is devoted to solve a series of difficulties of A. company, and provides experience and theoretical references for this kind of company.The thesis mainly includes six parts:the first part is the introduction, mainly explains the research content, research methods and innovation; the second part mainly introduces the difficulty of A. company in the transition; the third part analysis successful experience in solving the A problem for reference; the fourth part analysising the reason by theory; the fifth part countermeasures to get rid of the plight of A company, which is based on the design of the new organization chart, and KPI and performance appraisal system and the fair competition mechanism; the sixth part summarizes the results of this paper, and point out the deficiencies and the direction.In this paper, some theoretical methods part has passed the validation in practice. Help A company in transition to solve many difficult problems, the transition of A company achieved initial victory, in the face of the current dilemma has a solution and the theoretical support. With the form of outsourcing has become the main means of communication with people in the company, IT, network and other industries, the research conclusion and practical effect, in the field have universal significance.
