For any enterprise, acquiring the brand consciousness and making the powerful brand are keys to maintain the strategic lead. Building a strong brand awareness, and quickly occupy the major market share of the industry would be helpful to acquire the industry leadership position. The brand strategy has become an edge weapon to win in modern economy environment. As for the major enterprises, it is easier to build up the brand, as they relatively have more resources and more formidable influence than small or medium.scale enterprises.Headhunting has been introduced and developed in China for more than 20 years as an relatively new industry. It is still in a high development speed along with the raise of Chinese economy and the increasing investment of Fortune 500 companies to Chinese market. Chinese local private companies have been in the powerless position from ever, compared to headhunting companies from Hong Kong and other foreign countries. Partly because of the industry history and Chinese local headhunting companies are still in the crawl period. Therefore, it is the key task for local headhunting companies to build up the brand from the ever beginning and meanwhile build solid foundation to catch up with big enterprises.This paper shows the research results how foreign headhunting enterprises are running and their current position and situation. It also analyzed how to build their own brand with stellar reputation according to the brand.building theory and brand asset management method for headhunting companies. In the conclusion section, a SWOT analysis is shown based on Goldlink to dig deeply into its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and try to find a practicable approach of brand building for powerless services provide companies.This paper takes Golddink as an example and did a case study on its brand strategic, to analyze and describe the brand development history of Chinese local headhunting companies and hope to give out some feasible advices & experiences.
