With the development of our country’s economy and the opening of our accounting market, the competition is intensified because of the inburst of a number of overseas accounting firms, and this situation brings enormous pressure to our country’s local accounting firms. And the acceleration of the steps for Chinese enterprises’"GO GLOBAL" also require our accounting firms’"GO GLOBAL" urgently in order to provide them professional services. Seeking overseas development space while maintaining the existent market share has been the inevitable choice for the public accounting firms. However, how to make the international expansion successfully have become every accounting firm’s problems. In this paper, I set Shu Lun Pan as an example, describe its internationalization process, analysis its international strategies and I find some shortcomings from the comparing with international "BIG FOUR" accounting firms, then I put forward some suggestions for its future development on the basis of our national conditions and Shu Lun Pan’s current situation.
