B2C and C2 C e-commerce have showed a trend of rapid growth with the development of information technology in recent years,industries which have less penetration in the field of e-commerce also begin to bring a storm of development by transforming to B2 B e-commerce.The result,however,is disappointing,even failed.The process of B2 B e-commerce transformation is based on enterprise reality,also is effected by other enterprises’ device. Based on this,the paper aims to discuss value network node enterprises’ influence on core enterprise B2 B e-commerce,considering product characteristics as moderators simultaneously.Competitor,supplier,customer and partner are extracted from value network, standardization, differentiation, tangibility, intangibility, complexity, time sensitivity and substitutability are extracted from product characteristics, extracting body and behavior process transformation as the measuring content from B2 B e-commerce transformation. Building the effect of value network on B2 B e-commerce based on the regulating function of product characteristics, putting forward some assumptions designing questionnaire, handing out and analyzing data, two conclusion are obtained as follows:(1) Panel point enterprises have partial positive effect on core enterprise B2 B e-commerce transformation, competitor have partial positive effect, while supplier, customer and partner have whole positive effects. To body process transformation, partner has the largest effect and supplier takes second place, to behavior process transformation, customer has the largest and competitor’s effect is not clear.(2) Product characteristics have obvious regulating function in the process of value network’s effect on B2 B e-commerce transformation, the results can be divide into three parts: standardization and time sensitivity have positive regulating function. Differentiation, tangibility, intangibility and complexity have negative regulating function in the process of body transformation in a certain extent, while the whole have positive regulating function in the process of behavior transformation. Substitutability has positive regulating function in the process of body transformation, the function becomes positive if exceed the extent.Perfecting the theory of B2 B e-commerce transformation, meanwhile, the paper hopes to provide possible theory references for enterprises actual transformation.
