A Discussion On The Extension Of Insurance Service Of Business Insurance Company To The Disabled

This thesis, by discussing the current status of insurance coverage system for disabled persons, illustrates various problems existing in the insurance and protection system for disabled persons in all aspects. It is a detailed analysis focusing on the inadequacy of the current social insurance coverage system for disabled persons, the lack of supplemental function of the commercial insurance and so on. It discusses the reform of the commercial insurance system for disabled persons in China and proposes sensible suggestions accordingly, considering the current condition of the local commercial insurance system.This thesis includes the following five parts. Part I is the introduction of the purpose and significance of this research. PartⅡsummarizes the research results of the insurance system for disabled persons from home and abroad; it illustrates the development history of both domestic and foreign insurance system for the disabled and introduces the direction of this essay as well as the research methods. Part Ⅲstates the current status of the domestic insurance system, the inadequacy of the current social insurance coverage system for disabled persons, the lack of supplemental function of the commercial insurance and so on. Part Ⅳis the development of the commercial insurance system for disabled persons in China and sensible suggestions and development ideals accordingly, considering the current condition of the local commercial insurance system. PartⅤ is the conclusion.
