PV industry belongs to the energy industry, Its development depends on policy support from all countries, especially in the present stage. Photovoltaic power generation cost is far higher than the cost of conventional energy generation, Its price is not competitive advantage. The application of photovoltaic products market control in the hands of governments. Application of photovoltaic industry in our country at present has not yet issued a wide range of incentives. Most still output of photovoltaic modules and other products sold to foreign countries, almost the same all PV enterprises are faced with the problem, and the principal contradiction is not a single enterprise or individual can be solved. How in the policy and market situation, to rely on their own ability and the development strategy, giving full play to the advantages of enterprise competition, keep the healthy development of the enterprise is the key research content of PV enterprise.This paper in the introduction part of this article research background and research significance are analyzed and summarized, such as to determine the basic content and direction of research. Part in theory review, mainly on basic concepts and theoretical basis of this article has carried on the comprehensive introduction and review, provide theoretical support for the discussion and the research of this article. In the third part of this article, on the premise of introduces the present situation and the company strategy, the external environment and internal environment of company made a comprehensive analysis, strategic positioning for the company to provide the basis and basis points. The fourth part, to the company to conduct a comprehensive SWOT analysis summarizes the SWOT analysis matrix, it is concluded that the development of alternative strategies, from the overall strategy, business strategy, management strategy, innovation strategy, all aspects of the comprehensive has been clear about the company’s strategic target, and ultimately determine the company’s development strategy, competition strategy and function strategy choice.
