Construction projects always have characteristics as follows, long construction period, a large amount of investment and complex construction technology, which determines a large number of construction project risk factors during the construction. These risk factors because of improper handling triggered risk events, often brings great casualties and property losses. So the proper risk management of the construction project is significant, that maybe effectively prevent the occurrence of construction projects in the period of risk, thereby ensuring the smooth progress of construction projects. Risk management of construction projects including Venture Capital Firms, Venture capital, Risk Evaluation, Risk Prevention and Control.This article based on the risk management of a large number of domestic and international literature review on the construction project, making comprehensive analysis and research. Scholars at home and abroad for risk perception is more inclined to think that the risk is the uncertainty of loss, risk and expected results deviation and risk is the possibility of loss and the degree of. At the same time, in view of the uncertainty of the risk and risk management, operational risk, scholars in the evaluation of the method will tend to risk quantification method, commonly used methods to evaluate the quantitative processing method of fuzzy mathematics and risk mapping method, analytic hierarchy process.This article conducts the research on the risk management of the construction project construction period; strictly follow the procedure of risk management, such as risk identification, risk estimation, risk evaluation and risk control. The recognition phase risk, combined with the characteristics of "project management" in the book of common risk classification and the construction of the project construction period, selecting representative indicators of risk, the risk index is divided into two level, and ultimately the formation of risk evaluation index system of the construction project construction period. The stage of risk control, according to the characteristics of the risk, take the risk avoidance, risk mitigation, risk transfer and risk retention.In the case study, this paper carries out a case study on risk in construction period of YGHY projects, YGHY projects according to its own characteristics, the risk evaluation index system was further divided into 7 segments, the first level risk indicators, second level 26 indicators of risk, so as to construct the risk evaluation index system of YGHY construction project construction stage. In the risk assessment stage, according to the characteristics of conventional methods of risk evaluation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on risk mapping method, this method involves scoring points for the index weight and the probability of risk occurrence rate and the extent of membership grade. Therefore, in the risk assessment stage,6 experts invited YGHY construction project construction units, construction units and supervision units, take the 1-9 scaling method the weights of the indicators of risk scoring, the risk probability and impact of the degree of membership grade by 0-1 method. Finally, according to the evaluation results to take effective control strategies and control measures for every risk factor.This article aims to provide some theoretical reference for the risk managements of construction stage of the YHGY project, when they development risk coping strategies and corresponding control measures.
