With the worsening of financial market competition environment, people pay more and more attention to the service level of commercial Banks, the ideas of the service marketing has fully penetrated to the Banks in daily business activities, When we talk about the commercial bank service marketing idea and marketing method, there is a considerable gap between our bank and developed countries’. Although we have already realized the importance of service marketing, established the target market, a clear market positioning, but we have not yet stepped into the period of customer satisfaction as the guidance and customer value maximization.In this paper, taking BaoShang bank for an example to carefully analyse the service marketing present situation of our commercial banks, and to have a discussion according to the basic problem,in order to edify our commercial Banks to carry out the service marketing.This article will analyse from the geographical environment characteristics of refinement, customer demand, the commercial bank market positioning and financial policy and so on. This paper will take the business department,which belongs to the branch of BaoShang bank, as the typical cases to understand forcefully the idea of bank service marketing concept, the connotation of service marketing strategy and tactics,and help the whole BaoShang bank directly understand their own service quality and customers distribution and its own advantages and disadvantages, analyse the staff service attitude and service consciousness, so as to improve the present situation of commercial bank service development strategy, improve employees’ all-round service ability, and then makes the commercial bank marketing service system more specific, three-dimensional, and comprehensive.
