Refrigerator has a repid development after it entered Chinese market,the continuous technical innovation made the competition more and more intensively. After it startd its business on refrigerator industry in 2001,A company keen on the technology innovation and independent research and has become top five of Chinese rfrigerator market.Regional market is the basic market of each company,the situation of each regional affects one the overall operating performance directly. Based on the research on A company’s sales status, this thesis analyses A’s opportunities and threats in the regional market and propose some sale strategies for its market in Hei Longjiang. After analysing the guarantee of its marketing strategies from different angles,the author presents some relevant plans for achieving better profit.
