Furthermore, more seriously, the shipping enterprise has gradually transferred shipbuilding financing pressure to the shipbuilding enterprise, which presses a great deal of financing pressure to the shipbuilding enterprise in medium and short term. However, the shipbuilding enterprise had to bear this part of financing pressure so that it can gain advantage in the destructive war of the shipbuilding market. So they can get the orders in the market competition, because the shipbuilding enterprise can only survive if they get orders.This thesis analyzed about the financing modes in force in the market by collecting and arranging related data of financing mode about shipbuilding enterprise both domestic and foreign. This thesis also analyzed the major risks that the shipbuilding enterprise will face when financing according to the realities in China. It also summarized different financing modes which are suitable for different shipbuilding enterprise in different dimensions in our country and the coping strategy that the shipbuilding enterprise should use in good time.This thesis used several methods such as literature studies and comparative analysis and so on to interpret the financing mode of the shipbuilding enterprise. And it also analyzed the real financing data of some large-sized shipbuilding enterprises which are representative in China. The application shows that the modern financing mode of the shipbuilding enterprise must possess diversification characteristics. Meanwhile, they must strengthen their own financing capabilities and management ability. They must pay attention to the cultivation of risk management consciousness and keep and even improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The global economy has picked up gradually, the shipbuilding enterprise had to keep moving on in the pre-dawn darkness. Only if they make sure the firm’s capital chain is firm, the shipbuilding enterprise could survive and develop in a crisis.
