Research On Small And Medium Enterprises' Financing Problems And Countermeasures In Inner Mongolia In Post-Crisis Era

With the further development of new economic revolution and economic globalization,the economic development of all countries around the world can not get rid of the function of small and medium enterprises.Their status become increasingly important and prominent in the development of country's economic strategy.However,due to the size limits of themselves,small and medium enterprises often show their vulnerable side while facing all kinds of risks.In Inner Mongolia region,small and medium enterprises often depend too much on their own funds and they are hampered in bank loan.They often perplexed by the unstable non-government capitals and other similar problems.The financial difficulty displays obviously when the market changes slightly.When the financial crisis broke out in 2008,there were more than 60 thousand small and medium enterprises collapsed only in China.Although the crisis is past,the negative effects of it are going on,which make the small and medium enterprises have much more difficulties in capital raising.In the post-crisis era,how to face challenges and size opportunities to make the financial channels unblocked have become primary problems for all small and medium enterprises to live on.How does the small and medium enterprises in Inner Mongolia to raise capital under the severe financial environment currently has become a primary proposition.Based on the above,the thesis will discuss and analyse on the following aspects:The first part is introduction,concentrating on research origin,research meaning,research status home and abroad,and research thought and method.The second part discuss the basic financing theory of small and medium enterprises,define the related concepts of small and medium enterprises and post-crisis era.And make a deeper discussion about the features of small and medium enterprises' financing methods and financing theories.Then the thesis researches the current situation and plight of the small and medium enterprises in post-crisis era in Inner Mongolia and find out the reason by analysing the status and plight.After that,it analyses their financing environment and the influence factors of choosing a financing mode in post-crisis era.And it discusses the design and selection of the financing mode.At last,it gives countermeasures and suggestions for the financing of small and medium enterprises in Inner Mongolia from the aspects of enterprises' self-construction and government's policies and regulations.
