At present, China’s economy experienced downward pressure and banking environment was complex and challenging. In 2014, influenced by the domestic economic growth hard hit and interest rate liberalization reform, China’s banking face more operating pressure. For that reason, banking supervision departments have made policies to promote Financial Service, deepen the banking reform and prevent financial risks. With the worsening of external environment, China’s banks must reform their management system positively to make smooth transition when economic development has entered a“new normal” pace. To strengthen inside control is an important way to make that happened. Closer than that, a reasonable internal control evaluation system will improve the internal control system consistently. But there are still some shortcomings in the internal control evaluation of China’s commercial banks. What makes it under the international advanced level.This paper’s research objective lies in commercial banks’ internal control evaluation system, based on the Public data of Listed Banks in China and related legal and regulatory frameworks. And discuss some questions that need to be perfected on the internal control evaluation system of China’s banking. By introducing the Risk and Control Self-Assessment and the case of Ping An Bank, this paper will give some advice on how to improve the internal control evaluation system...
