With the deepening of globalization,China’s economic development has changed from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth,and the downward pressure of macro-economy has increased.As a capital operation and management center,banks will directly threaten the healthy and stable operation of the national economy once the risk issues erupt.Reform has gradually entered the deep water area.The rapid development of financial institutions need to build a more perfect and reasonable internal control mechanism and risk management system to prevent risk exposure.Driven by profits,the largest direct P branch of Bank Y operates in a radical manner,resulting in frequent risk exposure cases,which has a major negative impact on the stability of the local financial system.Based on the systematic theory of internal control management of commercial banks and the laws and regulations of the People’s Bank of China and the Banking Insurance Regulatory Commission,this paper takes the P branch of Bank Y as an example,and focuses on the analysis and research of the concept,objectives,development and system construction of internal control of branch.It evaluates and marks the specific internal control implementation rules by means of questionnaire survey,and uses the analytic hierarchy process and vagueness.The evaluation method makes a comprehensive evaluation of its internal control status.Under the guidance of risk management,this paper summarizes many problems existing in internal control management,such as the lack of important internal control system,the insufficiency of execution,the low efficiency of internal control,the lack of risk management personnel,and focuses on identifying the specific causes of internal control problems,and probes into how to solve the practical problems existing in internal control and how to improve the internal control management level of branches.Designing new internal control objectives and principles,putting forward more perfect internal control system construction scheme,providing valuable reference measures and suggestions for Y Bank Headquarters and other commercial banks.
