Research On Financial Risk Control Of Construction Enterprises

In recent years, the construction enterprises incurred increasingly fierce competition of construction market and suffered more and more financial risk. If improper control, financial risk could trigger a financial crisis at any time, and threaten the existence of the construction enterprises. In 2014 and 2015 two cases of premium quality construction enterprises bankruptcy first arose in our country. It set off a great disturbance in construction industry.The current domestic research angle and focus on financial risk control of construction enterprises are not identical. According to my long-term working experience in construction enterprises and the several years study on the financial risk of the construction enterprise, I realize which considerable affect the financial risk of the construction enterprise is the project bidding, the different ways of project management, tax related operations and construction industrialization. It is necessary as a focus to study on financial risk control.This thesis adopts a multidisciplinary research methods. At first, it illustrates relevant concepts about the theoretical basis of the study on financial risk management and controls. The second, this thesis emphasises the financial risk characteristics, causes, and puts forward effective financial risk control measures of the construction enterprises project bidding, different ways of project management, tax related operations and the construction industrialization. At last, this thesis enumerates the financial risk control case of LJ Construction Group were studied.The research results shows that seizing the construction enterprise project bidding, the different ways of project management, tax related operations and construction industrialization are the key control ways. Not only can they avoid and resolve the construction enterprise financial risk and financial crisis, but they can also attain the result with half effort.
