| Since 2000,Internet companies,such as Google,Amazon,Alibaba and Tencent,have started to explore diversified businesses and seek new profit models through diversification.Letv has greatly enhanced its brand influence since its listing,and its scale has been continuously expanding and developing downstream,creating an entire industrial chain ecosystem.But in July 2017,Letv's boss jia yueting and letv's 1.237 billion yuan assets were frozen,causing the "Letv myth" to be completely overturned.Fundamentally speaking,Letv diversification strategy failure is due to lack of financial risk analysis and prevention of diversification.Therefore,how to analyze and control the financial risk in the diversified operation of Internet companies becomes a key problem that the theory circle and enterprise urgently solve.To this end,in this paper,the literature research method is used to summarize the related literature of Internet companies' diversification,the type of financial risk,the management procedures and other relevant literature.The above theory is the basis of the case analysis of letv.Secondly,the financial risk of Letv diversified operation was comprehensively analyzed by the case analysis method.In order to optimize the allocation of resources,diversify operational risk,expand market forces and seek market breakthrough,letv has expanded its business scope through vertical chain,related diversification and non-related diversification strategy.Next,the author measures the diversified operation degree of letv through the number of operating units and the hefdahl index,and then combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis to study the financial risks of diversified enterprises.Finally,four control measures are put forward for the financial risk of diversified operation of letv network: moderate liability: reasonable arrangement of capital structure;Strengthen daily management of cash flow;Strengthening capital management;Strengthen internal integration management. |
