Nowadays with rapidly changing business environment, the ways enterprises tocreate wealth and build a competitive advantages are also undergoing profound changes. It is said that science is the first productive forces, hence the productivity of people is the most important active factor.Since the foundation of Wulanchabu Shi Chang advertising media Ltd., with the continuous extension of the company’s development strategy, and an increasingly competitive market, the company has also had challenges in human resource management.How to integrate the company’s development strategy with employees’career planning become the focus of human resource management.The company made a series of innovations in human resources management so that enterprises can become employees’ enterprise, and employees become the most loyal "customers". Meanwhile the company also try to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, tap their inherent potential to make employees to combine their abilities, needs with the company’s development strategy for innovation and advancing, enabling the company embark on a sound way.With constant efforts, human resources department proposed the incentive methods as enhancing employee’s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. The purpose of this idea is to let employees know that their work contribute to their valuable life, and they are the company’s owners. With continuously development of the system, the company retains the talented people and understand the reasonable needs of employees, for the needs of each employee are different at different stages, and the corresponding incentives should also be changed subsequently.This article is going to use the motivation theory of human resource management, explain the problems of the company’s human resources management, and discuss the design of the motivation plan as well as its practical use in human resource management.
