Cailu Technology Co., Ltd.(Cailu Technology) is an Internet company specialized in social media marketing and dedicated in providing social media marketing service and positioning and piloting users for various traditional vocations and Internet trades, promoting the brands and products and ultimately realizing the effects of user introduction and brand/product exposure. In particular, we also provide technological solutions and marketing schemes for the traditional vocation that introduce O2O (Online to Offline) mode to lower the threshold for them to be listed on line.Currently, in all trades, priority is given to the competition of user channel and the user introduction cost gets higher and higher. With p2p financial industry for example, the cost for each user has reached RMB 300-500. Cailu Technology will resort the self-transmission effect of social media marketing to realize the lower user introduction cost and explosive user increase.In accordance with the ZenithOptimedia’s Global Advertising Market Forecast in Q3, 2014, the Internet advertising is forecasted to account for 23.6% of global advertising expenditure in 2014 and hit USD 148 billion, surpassing the sum of newspaper and magazine advertising (22.7%) for the first time. In 2016, the Internet advertising is forecasted to account for 28.3% of global advertising expenditure. In Chinese market, the Internet advertising share will reach 31.5% in 2014 and exceed 43% in 2016.At present, Cailu Technology mainly focuses its social media on the transmission front of the public forums with high activation:micro-blog, WeChat, WeChat moments, post bar and forum, college BBS, etc. We also pay attention to the professional forums, such as automobile forum, maternal and infants forum, stock investment forum and game forum.Cailu Technology was founded by the creators who have the Internet development experience and Internet marketing experience for many years. The company business contains three sections:First, the ad task release platform to integrate the resources of ad providers and demanders and realize the release of ad tasks. The ad demanders could be the manufacturer in traditional vocation, Internet company or traditional advertising agency needing flow; the ad providers could be the micro-blogger, forum manager and WeChat individual user even. The ad task release platform will provide special classified advertising channel for the ad demanders and gamifized task model for the ad providers and evaluate the ad communication effect of the ad providers and afford remuneration. Second, the writer task release platform to integrate the resources of ad demanders and Internet writers, provide the episodes easy for topic diffusion for the ad demanders and evaluate the topic diffusion effect of the ad writers and afford remuneration. Third, the technical service module to provide technical service support for the demanders, for instance, to create a WeChat official account and open a Taobao online shop, and remove obstacles for traditional vocation to access to new media marketing. Since the added value is low for this module, it will mainly depend on outsourcing.The cost is forecasted to reach RMB 4 million for the first year after being on line, including the expenditure for hardware units of RMB 1 million and the staff salary and office cost expenditure of RMB 3 million. The ad revenue is forecasted to reach RMB 5 million and the other service revenue is RMB 1 million, basically achieving the break even. The individual ad service providers on the platform are forecasted to be 300,000 persons, the daily active users of 60,000 persons. In the second year, it will continue expand the sales staff size and increase the hardware input to realize the daily active users of 300,000 persons and the profit of RMB 8-10 million. Thereafter, it will infuse the capital at appropriate time point to drive the combined development of traditional vocation and Internet as realizing the corporate value and seek financing by listing on the stock market in due time.
