A Case Study On Informationization Construction Of Internal Control Evaluation

The development of information technology has brought great convenience for the enterprise management, and there have been more and more enterprises begin to use information system to realize the informationization management, to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time, as the government department,s promotion of internal control and their own advantages, many enterprise has gradually set up a perfect internal control system. But,with the application of technology in enterprise management, great changes have also taken place in internal control.Many companies have combined information technology with internal control, and setted up internal control information system, so as to adapt to the needs of the modernization management. However, in face of the implementation of the system, the supervision of the internal control evaluation is still stays in traditional method, this does not match with the informationization.internal control.Through consulting relevant literature, we found that the current domestic study of internal control evaluation mainly focused on the evaluation methods、evaluation model and evaluation results,the application, less involved in the combination of internal control evaluation and the modern information technology, less research in the internal control evaluation from an angle of information system. And, at present,the way of the evaluation is relatively backward, the evaluation method is single,evaluation efficiency is low, these are not mattch with the modern enterprise management. Therefore, in order to meet the requirement of modern enterprise management, it is necessary to combine the internal control evaluation with information technology, to discuss how to use information technology realize the evaluation. In this paper, under the guidance of the related theories of internal control evaluation and information system building,I make sure of A company,s need to the informatization of internal control evaluation, and then design the logical and physical structure of the system to build a complete system,also I design the implementation of the system.
