Secondly, this thesis has studied the mode of the P2 P in U.S and the U.S.A, the reason to choose this two country is that the P2 P has a widely development in this country, the mode of operation, the model to control risk, the rating system and so on can be a guidance to China.In order to find the similarities and differences of the various places of China, this thesis uses the cluster analysis and factor analysis as the main metering model, cluster analysis has the advantage of classifying the most similar statistic samples, so that supervision policy can vary from district to district.
