Human resource has become an important source of core resources and competitive advantage in the rapid economic development. However, one of the important problems of employee turnover is plaguing many enterprises, so is the automobile manufacturing enterprises.BH Automobile Company is an important automobile enterprise in Beijing. Due to the influence of various factors, at the same time compared with the domestic automobile manufacturing industry average, we found that the staff turnover rate is higher. This brings so much influence to the company’s production operations. In the domestic automotive industry increasingly fierce market competition situation, the high turnover rate of employees will not only rise the company’s labor costs, will also affect the training of skilled personnel and stability of staff. High turnover rate is really not conducive to the sustainable development of the company.Based on the background of BH Automobile Company and in the view of the current existing first-line high staff turnover problems, we point out the statistical analysis of the factors affecting the loss of staff turnover through exit interviews, questionnaire and other channels. According to the theory of human resources and related practice, we develop countermeasures for BH Automobile Company to reduce the employee turnover rate.
