With the rapid development of the global economy in the 21 st century,the social competition is increasingly fierce,and the employees of enterprises must face many psychological problems brought by the pressure of work,life and family.Both the individual employees and the enterprise itself have realized the harm of mental health problems to employees,which will have a negative impact on the performance of the enterprise.Therefore,it has become an urgent demand of the enterprise to solve the existing psychological problems of employees.The EAP program,which is popular abroad,is an excellent solution to help enterprises solve the psychological problems of employees.First of all,through the study of relevant literature on human resource management and EAP,this paper understood the whole process of establishing EAP system,including the concept,content,implementation mode and result evaluation of EAP at home and abroad.Through interviews and surveys,the current status of human resources in KM operation and the possible psychological problems of employees were understood.Through questionnaires,the current mental health problems of front-line employees of KM operation were determined according to the scale results.In the form of interviews,EAP projects acceptable to both enterprises and employees were selected to carry out work,and the results were analyzed to improve and perfect the EAP project according to the feedback of employees and the Suggestions of leaders,and finally the conclusion of the EAP project was drawn.Combining with the enterprise actual,the final purpose is to hope to establish a set of perfect and can apply to KM run.Department of EAP system,and boosting the EAP system be implemented within the company,make enterprise to the largest extent,help to solve the psychological problems of employees,improve employee satisfaction,sense of belonging and loyalty to the enterprise,increase the staff's enthusiasm,initiative,improve employee performance,so as to bring profits for thecompany,help enterprises to benign development.It is expected that this study can provide an effective reference for KM operation to establish a long-term and effective EAP system in the future,and provide reference for companies that have not established EAP system.
