New Basel Capital Accord is the mainstream of the international framework for risk management systems today, an extremely important influence on the mode of operation of international banking regulators and banks, represents the development trend and direction of risk regulation. One of the objectives of the agreement is to ensure the safety of the financial system, capital efficient risk control. It does this by analyzing capital adequacy to verify security risk management is in place, in particular from the internal management of credit risk management, external supervision and market discipline three aspects, and ultimately achieve the purpose of controlling credit risk.Qualitative analysis of this paper, internal credit risk management as the core research to external supervision and management and market discipline as a complement to explore the reasons for the Ordos Construction Bank branch credit risk of individual housing loans and measures to prevent the formation of recommendations.
