In recent years, with the innovation of financial industry, the scale of shadow banking is also growing, shadow banking has become an important part of the financial market, the relationship between commercial banks and shadow banks are increasingly close. Shadow banking is useful for commercial banks, but it will also pass risk to commercial banks, along with the positive effects and negative effects.This paper first describes the definition of shadow banking, features and specific configuration,noted our shadow banking system mainly including the trust companies, private lending, small loan companies, also includes financial services and so on.O ur country’s shadow banking system is divided into external and internal. Then theoretically explained influence mechanism of shadow banks to commercial banks, including the positive and negative effects. On this basis, the paper select the related data of 2005-2014 data,using GARCH-CoVa R method and CoVa R quantile regression method,empirical research on the external spillover effects of shadow banking for commercial banks, and the two methods were estimated to analyze the advantages and disadvantages. Using the panel data model to measure the internal shadow banking commercial bank risk spillovers.It is concluded that results of the shadow banking risk is greater than the commercial banks, the risk of infection itself easily to the balance sheets of commercial banks,shadow Banks to large state-owned commercial Banks’ risk spillover effect is larger, while less risk spillover effects on the local Banks.At last, on the basis of empirical research, some suggestions for subsequent research were put forward, hope that through this article research to guide China’s shadow banking compliance, sunshine, and some reference to the development of the transparent.
