A Study On The Healthy Development Of Non - Public Economy Under The Condition Of Socialist Market Economy

The traditional mode of growth in China relies on the large foundation, big projects and large capital economic construction of the state-owned enterprises, and ignores the healthy development of the non-public economy to the sustainable development of economic growth.The eighteen Party’s decision on major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reform in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China:fair participation in market competition are equally subject to legal protection.The author is keenly aware of the productive forces of the non-public ownership economy, and the trend of unhealthy development in the process of development.So,in this thesis, based on the basic principle of Marxist political economics as the basis, to the scientific development concept as a guide, based on comprehensively deepen reforms this big background, in Datong City, Shanxi Province, the non-public sectors of the economy were questionnaire.
