Research On Financial Support For Hebei Province 's Industrial Structure Optimization And Upgrading

Restructuring and upgrading the industry is the process of optimizing the resource allocation, and it is the only way to achieve the sustainable development of economy. With market economy developing, the investment mode has been gradually evolved from the government to financial oriented. Finance is the core of modern economy, its efficiency and level has profound significance to industry. The“13th Five-Year”(2016~2020) period is the key period of upgrading Hebei dominant industrial structure. Under this background, this paper takes the financial support of Hebei industry development as research object, discussing the way to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure.This paper uses layer-by-layer progressive research. The first part based on the economic data of finance development situation in Hebei Province. Through the relevant data and analysis I found that: although the economy in Hebei Province got rapid development, and the industrial structure level has been greatly improved, compared with other provinces and cities, Hebei traditional high energy consumption and high pollution industry takes a large of proportion, emerging industries and industrial adjustment develop slow. Besides, total financial market in Hebei Province is low, the support of industry mainly comes from bank credit, and the financial markets to invest in industry is not obvious cause the securitization is low.Second, the financial development in Hebei Province support the role of industrial upgrading has carried on the case analysis. This paper from three aspects such as direct financing, indirect finance and policy finance researched the financial supporting of traditional enterprises technological transformation and emerging industries development in Hebei Province, and summed up the disadvantages as well as successful experience of the financial support preponderant industries in Hebei.Finally, according to theory analysis and the case study, in view of the existing problems in the industrial structure upgrading and financial development of Hebei Province, put forward some policy suggestions to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of Hebei province’s financial support. These include improving the full range of the indirect financial market, especially the operational efficiency of banks, supporting CAIDA SECURITIES CO.,LTD. initial public offerings, developing Shijiazhuang Stock Exchange, introducing high-end financial talents and so on.
