Research On The Influence Of Financial Leverage On Investment Decision Of Real Estate Enterprises

In China’s rapid development of social economy, the real estate business plays an important role, therefore the real estate industry healthy and stable development impact on the Chinese economy a major. In addition, for real estate enterprises, they need to banks and the government a lot of money support, relying on their own funds development is difficult, therefore enterprises through the borrow reasonable use of financial leverage is particularly important. At present, the real estate industry in our country, the industry is in a very special economic environment, the study of financial leverage on the real estate business investment decision-making has important significance. Based on financial leverage theory and investment theory, this paper firstly introduces the status of financial leverage and investment of real estate enterprises in China, and analyzes the financial risks of real estate enterprises. This paper selects the listed companies in China’s real estate 2012-2014 years a total of 61 as the research sample, with SPSS software evaluating analysis, using quantitative and qualitative analysis method, study the financial leverage of real estate enterprise investment decision. Finally, through the research, the author put forward the corresponding improvement strategy of real estate enterprise investment decision.
