Research On Coordination Of Drug Supply Chain Based On Revenue Sharing Contract

The problem of "difficult and expensive to see a doctor" has been perplexing our people. The medical system reform is being deepened continuously, but has very little effect The fundamental reason for this is that the form of "drug-maintaining-medicine" is ubiquitous in medical institutions. To solve this problem, the policy of "separating pharmacies from medical institutions" was raised in medical system reform. In the process of exploring this policy, local medical institutions and relevant government departments came up with a policy named drug trusteeship.As a new product of the process of exploring "separating pharmacies from medical institutions", drug trusteeship had both successful results and failures in implementation process and received a lot of doubts from the masses. But from the majority of successful cases, its effect and benefits is remarkable. Previous researches on drug trusteeship were mostly based on review questions like its feasibility, existence problems, and modes and so on, but only a few of researches focused on its supply chain.This paper had introduced the theory of supply chain management into drug trusteeship. With a simple two-level supply chain as the research object, the coordination of before and after drug trusteeship were studied separately. Firstly, mis paper analyzed when needs were determined, the situation of medical supply chain both in decentralized decision making and centralized decision making, and the coordination and optimization of medical supply chain after drug trusteeship under revenue sharing contract mechanism. Contrastive analysis of medical supply chain coordination situation before and after trusteeship was also included. The result showed that when drug trusteeship was under revenue sharing contract mechanism, each node could reach Pareto optimality.To make this paper’s research more practical, the author studied medical supply chain under stochastic demand, and also a contrastive analysis of each node enterprises, the interests of the whole supply chain, and purchasing quantity before and after drug trusteeship. Finally, the author used calculating-examples analysis to reconfirm the feasibility and effectiveness of drug trusteeship and revenue sharing contract model.Through the specific analysis of the different demand, the finally results were that drug trusteeship is feasibility, and it can prevent drug rebate phenomenon in a certain extent. Under revenue sharing contract, it can make each node enterprises reach Pareto optimality and reduce patients’ medical cost to some degree.
