Research On The Information Asymmetry Of Drug Cold Chain Logistics

With the development of biotechnology and the marketization of medical products,the cold chain of medicine as a special supply chain,which requires very high transportation equipment management technology and monitoring of circulation process,medicine directly relate to people's life,health and safety.However,most research of drug cold chain logistics which focus on information technology and management,there is just a little research on the problem of information asymmetry throughout the chain.Therefore,with the high demand for Biological products,in order to make the synergistic work of the drug cold chain proceed smoothly,this paper argues that in order to improve the information asymmetry,we should Study the factors that influence information asymmetry to provides ideas for reducing information asymmetry and information sharing.This paper firstly summarizes the literature on drug cold-chain logistics and information asymmetry,then analyzes the information asymmetry of the drug cold-chain logistics in China,studies the information asymmetry of drug cold-chain logistics from the perspective of information cognition.First of all,establish a two-stage model and an information cognition hierarchy model of drug cold-chain logistics,then separate the logistics activity in the cold chain of drugs as upstream and downstream and make the third party cold chain logistics enterprise as the node.Second,study information asymmetry from the perspective of information cognition.The cognition of information is divided into attributes cognitive level and overall cognitive level,and the properties of cold chain logistics are divided into action,result and payment.Third,establish the mathematical definition and mathematical model,put forward the concept of information validity function,then the information effectiveness function is established to quantitatively analyze the information asymmetry and information asymmetry of cold chain logistics.Information asymmetry and information asymmetry of three kinds of information sharing: upstream and downstream enterprise information is not shared;one way to share;upstreamand downstream enterprises share with each other.Therefore,it can be concluded that the information sharing direction and information validity function can influence information asymmetry and information asymmetry,and information sharing can cause an increase in information asymmetry.Finally,on the basis of upstream and downstream enterprises sharing with each other,the collaborative decision sharing model is proposed.This mode ensures the security of information sharing between upstream and downstream enterprises,reduces the complexity of data access and find,combined with the idea of collaborative decision-making.Thereby increasing the efficiency of the circulation of refrigerated medicine,realizing the synergistic development of whole drug cold chain and improving the overall competition level of cold chain.
