Advantageous geography makes Yunnan become a national logistics hubradiating in Southeast Asia, the import and export of Yunnan is in rapid development with "the Belt and Road Initiative" strategy as the background.And the port as the window of a communication within and outside, its status in trade and economic development is gradually revealed. Compared with the seaside cities, logistics of Yunnan Province still exists a gap in service and quality aspects, especially in information technology issues. Although the port law enforcement firstly to concentrate on the information construction, enhance to improve the Yunnan electronic port platform services, the ports are still related interoperability,resources can not be rational used, resulting in highpartial trade costs, low speed and efficiency of customs clearance.With the development of real-time computer, sensor and other technologies, the Networking Technology is produced based on the Internet. It refers to the full use of sensing, positioning, video surveillance technology, to leading logistics by using regulation and control of flow of information, and focus on the body in the dynamic process of port logistics, the way to get information gathering service information platform supplies service for participants, it is helpful to improve the port logistics information management, guide the port to carry out construction work, and also guide the port to carry out construction work, improve port infrastructure, improving port service environment. The achievement of "one-stop customs clearance" can optimize the clearance process,thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of the Yunnan ports, and revealing the outstanding value of the import and export ports to the Yunnan hinterland of economics.This article mainly expands from the following sections:Firstly, elaborating the background and significance of the research, and sorting out the relevant literature, and find that the current theoretical concentrated in the port, while the border port study is fewer, so this article is just to fill the vacant. Besides, the application study of Internet Technology always concentrates in the real-time monitoring, port gates,and researching goods on the way, and it cannot be treated as a whole one, so this article is trying to conceiving the comprehensiveinformation technologyapplications.In addition, most researchers focused on the inner enterprise technology information construction, and ignoring the functionalrequirements analysis of port information platform, key technologies of the platform construction, and the systematic mind is too weak. So this article according to the Yunnan unique geographical location and fact of ports, to comprehensively study the whole process by using the Networking Technology..Secondly, elaborate the related theories of informationlogistics and Networking Technology.And for logistics information contents, this article describes the networking technologycharacters, key technology in detail, and takes Yunnan port for the example, briefly express the status information development and problems.Thirdly, using the Networking Technology to share the logistics information and data, promote the development of the bayonet joint, thereby improve customs clearance efficiency, and innovation in clearance mode. To build the Yunnan port logistics information service platform based on the information collection and data sharing. The success of information platform construction can optimize the original logistics system, and lay the foundation of the whole chain information management also "one-stop" service for Yunnan port administration, import and export business, logistics, port logistics and other enterprises involved in.
