After the enter of WTO, the automobile import and export trade of China has developed rapidly. And because the particular advantages of the water transport mode, port vehicle business has got a great development. Driven by government supervision and service departments, the port actively integrates the logistics information of vehicle, improves the response speed of the vehicle supply chain, and also reduces the overall logistics costs.How to use the concept of modern logistics services to explore the port vehicle logistics mode, and how to use the advanced information technology and the technology of Internet of Things to explore the new port-centric vehicle supply chain information management model, optimize port vehicle business mode and improve the management level, is this dissertation’s clue and destination,In order to optimize the operational status of the vehicle supply chain and to improve its operations, firstly, this dissertation analyzes the situation, the characteristics and problems of China port vehicles logistics. On the basis of summarizing the related theories such as the supply chain management, vehicle logistics and port logistics and so on, and combined with the advanced information technology and the technology of Internet of Things, the dissertation optimizes the vehicle business process and strengthen the data sharing rate of the port-centric vehicle supply chain, and improves the accuracy of the data in the supply chain. And at the same time, it improves the overall management level of the supply chain.After optimizing the vehicle business process, the dissertation analyzed the main demand of supply chain, and made a further analysis of the function of vehicle information sharing platform. On this basis, combined with the design principles of information integration, it builds this information integration structure based on the Web Service technology. It is divided into two parts, the system integration module and the collaboration module. It uses the system integration module to integrate the companies’systems in the supply chain, and uses the collaboration module to exchange information to the general customer. This dissertation also analyzed and designed some key modules of the platform. Finally, this dissertation summarizes the conclusion of this study and puts forward questions for the further study.The innovation of this dissertation is to use modern logistics service concept and business process reengineering theory as a guide and use the advanced information technology and Internet of Things technology, analyzes the port-centric vehicle supply chain process, and proposes a optimization program based on the Internet of Things technology, proposes the building programs of vehicle information sharing platform based on the supply chain technology, and points out the difficulties in integrating vehicle supply chain information. For all of this, the study has important theoretical and practical significance.
