Research On The Growth Process Of Scholar - Type Venture Enterprises From The Perspective Of Business Model Construction

In today’s world, entrepreneurial activity could be seen everywhere around the world, entrepreneurship highly respected. Among them, the rise of the relevant academic entrepreneurship has aroused widespread concern in the community. Especially, the new enterprise founded by the scholar has the most common problems, which are the failure rate is high and the growth rate is low.The paper writing has experienced nearly a year from the literature review, setting questions, collecting information, finding the case, the case study, comprehensive analysis of information. It has gotten a lot of first-hand data form the case of three companies-depth research. Firstly, during the study, to study a single case using the method of analysis to identify and encode the concepts and the secondary concepts of the research framework. Secondly, in the business model of building activities, to the concept of operational basis and pay attention to some important concepts. Finally, to analyze the theoretical concepts and the case of enterprise information comprehensively. Building the growth process of the entrepreneurial venture enterprise model to explore how to achieve sustainable growth and improve the survival probability of entrepreneurial enterprises. After the study, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(l)The business model is closely related to the growth process of the entrepreneurial enterprises. The essence of enterprise development is the process of building the business model. From the start stage to the stage of adjustment and establishment stage, the market positioning, business process, profit model of the uncertainty risk are reduced. So, the entrepreneurial enterprise will to gain the sustainable income that can support it.(2)The business model of the enterprise founded by scholars is the technology oriented business model. At the start stage, the stage of adjustment and establishment stage, the activities and strategies adopted by enterprises in the process of market positioning, business process and profit model are based on its own technological advantages.(3)The accumulation of resources in the enterprise founded by scholars is the gradual process of the accumulation of technological resources. It is found that the research on the stage of the start-up phase of the business model, the end of the adjustment stage and the establishment stage of the enterprise to the accumulation of various resources, the degree of emphasis on a gradual process, but the technology is always the core of the enterprise soft resources.
